Exisle accepts non-fiction manuscript submissions from New Zealand authors (sorry, no fiction, poetry or children’s stories will be considered). Manuscripts (hard copy only) should be typed double-spaced on one side of the paper only, and sent (with return postage, prepaid courier bag or large stamped self addressed envelope) to :-

We offer a 100% no quibble, full return policy. We do our absolute best to describe our books fully and completely, but if you are not happy with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, and we will either exchange it for you or refund your money in full including original freight charges. (You must however cover the cost of returning the item.)

100% security on-line is paramount to us at Exisle Publishing and we understand just how important it is to you too. This is why we have made your security our primary concern.

All information that you provide us with is encrypted and transmitted via 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is the system used by all legitimate shopping sites world wide.

It is almost impossible for an unauthorised party to seize the encrypted data. You will know that your details are being safeguarded by looking for the padlock or unbroken key that will appear at the bottom of your browser whenever you are providing us with personal information. SSL is the industry standard for the transmission of credit card details. Your information is encrypted using a complex mathematical algorithm before being sent over the internet.

The authenticity of this site has been established by www.zeald.com and you are welcome to view our certificate information by double clicking on the padlock or unbroken key that appears at the bottom of your browser when you are on the secure part of our site.

Information and data collection at Exisle Publishing is protected by firewall technology, and we have organisational procedures in place to insure data integrity is maintained at all times.

Your bank can also provide you with additional information regarding the security of your credit cards.

Privacy Policy

Exisle Publishing is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Personal information provided by you is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and / or providing you with additional product information if requested. This information may be sent to you via email directly into your Inbox (you can of course opt out of such communication simply by clicking on unsubscribe) or by mail in the form of our annual printed catalogue. Again, if you do not wish receive this, simply drop us an email and we will remove you from our mailing list.

We promise that your personal details will not be used for any other purpose.  Your credit card details are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Once your order is fulfilled, your credit card details will be deleted from our system.

Delivery Information

We will try our utmost to have your products delivered within the desired time frame.  Please see the notes below to calculate how long a parcel may take to get to you and allow time for delivery – mail services are not within our control.

You are responsible for ensuring delivery details provided are correct. We assume no liability for misdelivery if incomplete or incorrect details are provided. We will do everything we can to help solve any problems and to ensure your order is delivered smoothly.

Should you experience any problems, please contact us immediately. Most carrying companies provide a track and trace service, and we will provide this information should the situation arises.

Books will normally be sent via Australia Post or New Zealand Post depending on your country of residence.  Deliveries within New Zealand or Australia should arrive within 3-5 working days, however please note, parcels shipped to Western Australia or Tasmania may take up to 10 working days.  You will receive a confirmation email advising that your package has been despatched (if you selected that option when you created your account).  Freight charges anywhere within Australia is a flat rate of $6.00 and anywhere within New Zealand is FREE!

If you reside anywhere else in the world, your parcel will be despatched from New Zealand.  We have included the weight of a book in our specification list so you may calculate the approximate price of delivery to your country before you checkout.  Listed below are some typical examples.

The target delivery time for parcels sent via International Airmail is 3 to 10 working days.  For International Economy - 10 to 25 working days.

Most paperback books weight between 400 and 700 grams and most hardbacks weigh between 700 grams and 2 kilos.  We also need to add a little bit for packaging, say 100 grams.  Below are some typical postage charges to various parts of the world (prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars.)
