We do our absolute best to describe our books fully and completely, but if you are not happy with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will either exchange it for you or refund your money in full including original freight charges. Delivery InformationAustraliaYou have the option to select either standard Australia Post services or Express Post. The freight charge anywhere in Australian for standard services is $0 - yep, that's right, you get FREE postage on all orders sent via Australia Post. Express Post (3kg satchel or Express Parcel Post, depending on the size of your order) is charged at $10.00. We will try our utmost to have your products delivered within the desired timeframe. Deliveries within Australia sent via Australia Post's standard service should arrive within 3 to 5 working days, however please note that parcels shipped to Western Australia or Tasmania may take up to 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email advising that your package has been dispatched. If you are concerned that your parcel has not arrived within this timeframe please contact us via our website or on (02) 4998 3327. You can also email us sales(at)exislepublishing(dot)com (replace the words in brackets with their equivalent symbols). If you elect for your item to be sent via Express Post, please keep in mind that we are located in country NSW, and not within range for overnight delivery services. Please allow two days for all Express orders. If you have requested an Express satchel, we can attempt to track your parcel, and we will do so should the situation arise. New ZealandIf you are looking for our New Zealand website and/or information pertaining to the New Zealand shopping cart please visit www.exislepublishing.co.nz Other CountriesExisle charges a flat rate of $20 (AUD) for all international orders. Your parcel will be dispatched from our Australian offices. Please note that international parcels may take up to two weeks to arrive depending on where you are located in the world.
